It's been quite a while since I have posted on my blog.
So much has happened over the last two years. Our daughter graduated from High School, and is now a Sophomore in college. When did she grow up SO fast? 😞
Gary and I both continue working full time. Gary continues to enjoy going racing with his racing buddies and working on his car. I continue to enjoy singing on the worship team at our church, and I have recently been participating in Friday Night Kids at a local church. It is a fun night for special needs kids. I shadow in the Blue Group, which is down syndrome teens. We have a lot of fun.
Right now is Christmas baking time, and I am trying out new gluten-free recipes, since Sarah and I were diagnosed over two years ago with Celiac Disease. I recently made Buckeyes, and have a few other cookie recipes I want to try out. I am becoming quite the Gluten-Free Guru with cooking in the kitchen.
Well, it is 11:09 pm, and I must get to bed. Three more days, and the. CHRISTMAS BREAK until after the New Year!!! Woo Hoo!!!
May you have a blessed day tomorrow, and remember "Jesus is the Reason for the Season". I wonder always what I would do if I did not have Jesus in my life and in my heart. He is my Rock and my Salvation. He lifts me up when I am weak. He is the treasure that I seek. I love you Jesus.
Good night friends. Mwah! xoxo
